You can select the types of Privacy you wish, but they are all just options over the basic package.  Starting off with "Privacy by Proxy" for your domain registration and/or web hosting or email accounts, you can also progress to "Totally Private Communications" and "Totally Private Databases". We are the "laces" on the baseball that prevents the stuffing from getting knocked out of you!
